What are your shipping options and costs? We ship to all addresses in the United States with the following options:
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20
- Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods (holidays, etc.).
Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer Free Shipping (7-14 business days) on qualifying orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States (US Mainland). Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO may have additional charges.

What materials do you use? We use premium materials including sterling silver, 14K/18K gold, gold-filled, natural stones, and high-quality cubic zirconia. Most pieces are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant.
Are your products handmade? Many of our designs are handcrafted or carefully assembled with great attention to detail.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Customized or final sale items are non-returnable.
How do I return an item?
- Contact us with your order number.
- Ship the item back with tracking (buyer pays return shipping unless defective).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged? Please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
Warranty All jewelry comes with a 6-12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be in processing.
